These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase of, access to, and use of the SLAY LAB by Alexa Zakarian online training program (“Course”). The Course is provided by Aleksandra Zakarian (“Service Provider”, “I”, “me”, or “my”) to individual consumers (“Client”, “you”, or “your”).

By placing an order, paying for the Course, and accepting these Terms through the website checkout or another electronic purchase flow, you enter into a distance contract with the Service Provider.

1. About the Course

1.1. SLAY LAB is an online educational program focused on modern generative AI tools and professional visual content creation, including image generation, AI video, creative workflows, AI models, product and advertising content, music generation, editing, and related creative techniques.

1.2. The Course may include recorded video lessons, written materials, prompts, workflows, guides, practical assignments, access to a private Telegram community, feedback, and other supplementary materials described on the Course sales page.

1.3. The Course is educational and informational in nature. It does not constitute formal state-accredited education, professional licensing, legal, financial, or investment advice.

1.4. The Course is intended for personal learning by the purchasing Client only. Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

2. Price and Payment

2.1. The current Course fee is USD 650 unless another price, promotion, or individual offer is expressly stated by the Service Provider before payment.

2.2. Payment is made in full before access is granted. Any bank, card, payment-provider, currency-conversion, or intermediary fees are borne by the Client unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.3. An order is considered paid only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

2.4. After payment is confirmed, the Service Provider activates the Client’s Course access. Payment itself does not constitute delivery of the digital Course materials.

2.5. The Service Provider may change the price for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase already paid for.

3. Course Access and Duration

3.1. Access to the learning platform is provided for three (3) months from the date access is activated, unless a different period is expressly agreed in writing.

3.2. Course access is considered granted when the Client receives login credentials, an access link, an invitation to the learning platform, or any other means enabling access to the Course materials.

3.3. The private Telegram community, feedback, support, updates, and supplementary materials are provided in accordance with the Course description and may be delivered through third-party services.

3.4. The Client is responsible for having a compatible device, stable internet connection, browser, messenger applications, and any third-party AI accounts or subscriptions needed to practice the Course material.

3.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees charged by third-party AI platforms, software providers, subscriptions, credits, internet providers, or other external services are not included in the Course fee.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: ONCE COURSE ACCESS IS ACTIVATED, PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

4.1. Before Course access is granted, the Client may exercise any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that applies under mandatory consumer law.

4.2. By completing the purchase, the Client expressly requests that access to the Course be activated as soon as payment is confirmed, including where this occurs before the end of any statutory withdrawal period.

4.3. The Client expressly consents to the immediate supply of the Course’s digital content and acknowledges that, once access to the digital Course materials has been granted and performance has begun, the Client loses the statutory right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.4. Accordingly, once Course access has been activated, the Course fee is final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by mandatory applicable law, including in the event of a material failure to provide the purchased digital content that the Service Provider does not remedy within a reasonable period.

4.5. For the purposes of these Terms, “Course access” includes access to the learning platform, video lessons, written materials, prompts, proprietary workflows, guides, private course materials, or any substantial portion of the SLAY LAB educational content.

4.6. The Client understands that the Course contains proprietary digital information that cannot meaningfully be returned after it has been accessed, viewed, copied, recorded, downloaded where downloading is enabled, or otherwise made available.

4.7. Where a valid refund is legally required before access is activated, the Client must contact alexazakarian@gmail.com. Any refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible and in accordance with mandatory applicable law.

4.8. Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

5. Required Checkout Consent

5.1. Before payment is completed, the Client should be required to actively confirm acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5.2. The Client should also be required to provide a separate express consent to immediate digital delivery using wording substantially similar to the following:

“I expressly request immediate access to the SLAY LAB digital course after my payment is confirmed and consent to the supply of the digital content before the end of any applicable withdrawal period. I acknowledge that once access to the Course materials is granted, I may lose my statutory right to withdraw and receive a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.”

5.3. The Service Provider may retain electronic records of the Client’s acceptance, payment confirmation, access activation, and delivery of the contractual confirmation for evidentiary and compliance purposes.

6. Learning Materials and Course Updates

6.1. The Service Provider determines the teaching methodology, lesson structure, sequence, examples, and presentation of the Course.

6.2. Because AI tools change rapidly, the Service Provider may update, replace, reorganize, add, or remove individual lessons, examples, workflows, or references in order to keep the Course current, provided that the overall educational value and core subject matter of the purchased Course are not materially reduced.

6.3. References to specific third-party AI tools do not guarantee that those tools will remain available, free, unchanged, or accessible in the Client’s country. Third-party providers may change features, pricing, policies, models, interfaces, or availability without notice.

6.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for outages, restrictions, moderation decisions, account suspensions, pricing changes, technical failures, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms.

7. Feedback, Support, and Community

7.1. Where included in the purchased Course format, the Client may receive feedback on assignments and may ask Course-related questions through the designated communication channels.

7.2. Feedback is educational and subjective by nature. The Service Provider may recommend revisions, alternative creative approaches, or technical adjustments, but does not guarantee a particular artistic, commercial, or platform outcome.

7.3. The Client must communicate respectfully with the Service Provider and other participants. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, unauthorized advertising, abusive conduct, or deliberate disruption may result in removal from the community or suspension of access.

7.4. Information voluntarily posted by a Client in a group or community visible to other participants should not be treated as confidential by the Client.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

provide accurate contact and payment information;

keep login credentials secure and not share access with any third party;

use Course materials solely for personal learning;

comply with applicable laws, third-party platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity when creating AI content;

not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized third-party content through any Course-related community;

independently verify whether the Client’s planned commercial use of AI-generated content complies with the terms and licensing rules of the relevant AI provider.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

9.1. All Course materials, including lessons, videos, written texts, presentations, prompts, prompt structures, examples, methodologies, workflows, guides, templates, designs, branding, graphics, and other original materials created by the Service Provider are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2. Purchase of the Course does not transfer ownership of the Course materials or any intellectual property rights in them. The Client receives only a limited personal license to access and study the materials during the access period.

9.3. Without prior written permission from the Service Provider, the Client may not reproduce, record, screen-record, copy, republish, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense, translate for redistribution, create a competing course from, commercially exploit, or provide third parties with access to the Course materials.

9.4. The Client may use skills and general knowledge learned during the Course in the Client’s own creative and commercial work. This does not permit copying or redistributing the Service Provider’s protected teaching materials.

9.5. Unauthorized sharing of access credentials or Course materials may result in immediate suspension of access and may give rise to claims or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination of Access

10.1. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate Course or community access if the Client materially breaches these Terms, including by sharing access, distributing Course materials, infringing intellectual property, engaging in abusive conduct, or using the Course infrastructure for unlawful activity.

10.2. Where reasonably appropriate, the Service Provider may first request that the Client stop or remedy the breach. Immediate suspension may be used where necessary to protect intellectual property, other participants, security, or legal rights.

10.3. Termination for the Client’s material breach does not create a right to a refund except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. No Guarantee of Results

11.1. The Course teaches tools, workflows, creative methods, and professional practices, but results depend on the Client’s effort, practice, creative judgment, technical skills, market conditions, third-party platforms, and other factors outside the Service Provider’s control.

11.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee employment, clients, income, audience growth, social media reach, awards, commercial success, platform approval, or any specific creative result.

11.3. Examples of the Service Provider’s work or student work are illustrative and do not constitute promises that every Client will achieve the same results.

12. Liability

12.1. The Service Provider will use reasonable care in providing the Course and maintaining access to the materials.

12.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions or inability to access the Course caused by the Client’s equipment, internet connection, third-party services, force majeure, or circumstances outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.

12.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or purely economic losses arising from the Client’s use of Course information or third-party AI tools.

12.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

13. Personal Data and Privacy

13.1. The Service Provider processes personal data necessary to administer purchases, provide Course access, communicate with Clients, deliver support, protect the Course, comply with legal obligations, and operate the website.

13.2. Personal data may include identification and contact information, transaction information, Course participation information, communications, and technical data generated through the website or learning platform.

13.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, and, where applicable to the relevant processing, mandatory data-protection rules applicable to consumers in other jurisdictions.

13.4. Additional information about data processing, legal bases, retention, service providers, international transfers, and data-subject rights should be provided in the website Privacy Policy.

13.5. Marketing communications should be sent only where permitted by applicable law and may be unsubscribed from in accordance with the instructions provided.

14. Testimonials and Student Work

14.1. The Service Provider will not acquire ownership of the Client’s original creative work merely because it was submitted for feedback.

14.2. Public use of a Client’s name, testimonial, image, or student work for marketing should be based on the Client’s permission or another lawful basis required by applicable law.

14.3. Where the Client gives permission for publication, the Service Provider may display the approved testimonial or work on the website, social media, portfolio, presentations, or promotional materials, subject to the scope of that permission.

15. Electronic Contract and Communications

15.1. The contract may be concluded electronically through the website or another electronic payment and acceptance flow.

15.2. Electronic acceptance of these Terms, payment records, confirmation emails, and access records may be used to evidence the transaction.

15.3. Important notices may be sent to the email address provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for keeping contact information current.

15.4. After purchase, the Client should receive or be able to save a copy of these Terms and the order confirmation on a durable medium, such as email or a downloadable document.

16. Changes to These Terms

16.1. The Service Provider may update these Terms for future purchases to reflect changes in law, technology, payment methods, Course structure, or business operations.

16.2. Material changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights or materially alter the core terms of a purchase already completed, unless the change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the Client.

16.3. The version accepted by the Client at the time of purchase governs that purchase, subject to mandatory applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

17.1. These Terms and the contractual relationship between the Client and the Service Provider are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

17.2. If the Client is a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms deprives the Client of mandatory consumer protections that apply to the Client and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

17.3. The Parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication.

17.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. Any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.

18. Force Majeure

The Service Provider is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, widespread internet or infrastructure outages, governmental restrictions, serious illness or emergency, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, or other comparable events. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
